Requirements for the acceptance of dangerous goods
Including the railways of the Russian Federation:
Submission of MSDS in Russian
Submission of a container certificate
Submission of the UN code, hazard code, hazard class, Emergency Card number (if necessary)
Submission of HS codes and ETSNG codes
Providing information about the type of container in which the cargo is loaded
Providing information about the aggregate state of the cargo
Providing step—by-step photos of container loading (If possible, photos of each row, including a doorway with one closed door to identify the container number.)
Please note that the placement and fastening of cargo for transportation by rail across the territory of the Russian Federation must comply with the requirements of regulatory and technical documents such as TU no. CM-943 dated May 27, 2003.
Depending on the container, the aggregate state and the weight of the cargo spaces, the requirements for the placement and fastening of goods will vary (cardboard or plywood gaskets between the rows of cargo, installation of a wooden shield at the ends of the container, etc.)
